2. Eligibility for Warranty

- The product was damaged during delivery.
- Customers must return the product in its original condition, including all accessories and the original box.
3. Return Process
- Customers must send the product to the following address:

- The product is not returned with all accessories and the original box.
- The claim appears suspicious or fraudulent.
