Product Warranty

At Daun Embun Resources, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. Please read our warranty policy carefully:

1. Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Warranty

  • The warranty applies only in the following cases:
    • The wrong product was sent.
    • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • Customers must return the product in its original condition, including all accessories and the original box.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must send the product to the following address:

    13a, Persiaran Wawasan,
    Pusat Bandar Puchong,
    47160 Puchong, Selangor.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Resolution

  • Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
  • If approved, we will provide a replacement or resolve the issue as applicable.

5. Rejection of Claims

  • Daun Embun Resources reserves the right to reject warranty claims if:
    • The product is not returned with all accessories and the original box.
    • The claim appears suspicious or fraudulent.
