1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unopened, returned in its original box, and include all accessories.

2. Return Process

• Customers must send the product to the following address:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Procedure

• Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed and banked into the customer’s account within 7 working days.
• Please provide your bank account details when submitting a refund request.

4. Rejection of Claims

• Daun Embun Resources reserves the right to reject refund claims if:
  • The product is opened or used.
  • The claim appears suspicious or fraudulent.
